Luckily, there are natural method for resolving this annoying issue:
1. Aloe Vera
Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, aloe vera can also fight inflammation and acts against hemorrhoids.
The gel will soothe the pain and keep the area fresh and clean.
2. Epsom salt
Combination of Epsom salt and glycerin is a very effective treatment for hemorrhoids.
Mix 2 tbsp. of Epsom salt and 2 tbp.glycerin in a bowl, then apply the mixture on your hemorrhoids and put a gauze over.
Leave it to work for up to 20 minutes, and repeat the procedure 3-4 times a day until the symptoms are gone.
3. Apple cider vinegar
Mix equal amounts of ACV and water, then soak a cotton ball or pad in the liquid and apply it over your hemorrhoids. Repeat the process until the hemorrhoids are gone.
4. Coconut oil
Rub a small amount of coconut oil on the hemorrhoids gently, then let it work for a couple of minutes before slowly cleaning with water. The process can be used several times a day.
5. Lemon juice
Lemon juice contains antioxidants that can fight the pain and treat your hemorrhoids. Squeeze 2 lemons and soak a cotton pad in the juice, then apply it on the affected area every 6 hours until the pain is gone.
